Autody terms
By creating or using an Autody account, you agree to these Terms of Service, our account verification rules, and any additional notices shown inside the platform.
You must provide accurate account information and be legally allowed to use financial, digital asset, and trading services in your location. Autody may request identity, phone, email, funding-source, or account-purpose verification before enabling live funding, trading, sending, receiving, or withdrawals.
Demo balances are practice funds only and cannot be withdrawn. Live balances represent verified account activity only after production custody, payment, and compliance systems are connected.
Crypto, stocks, ETFs, commodities, and other assets can move quickly. Prices, liquidity, fills, and availability may change at any time. Autody does not guarantee profit, returns, price stability, or uninterrupted market access.
Autody AU is intended to support the platform's long-term utility, including future exchange, payment, and account-use cases. A user's first AU token purchase through Autody must be at least 10,000 AU unless Autody changes that first-purchase minimum inside the platform.
After the first AU purchase is completed, the user may buy any available AU amount allowed by the platform. The USD cost depends on the active AU rate at the time of each order, and earlier buyers may receive a lower rate than later buyers if the AU price changes over time.
Autody may review, delay, reject, or restrict withdrawals where deposits are unsettled, identity verification is incomplete, suspicious activity is detected, chargeback or reversal risk exists, or compliance review is required.
Newly funded accounts may be subject to an initial withdrawal review period of up to 90 days. Longer restrictions may apply when required by law, payment partners, custody controls, sanctions screening, fraud investigation, or unresolved account-risk review.
You may not use Autody for fraud, scams, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, unauthorized access, stolen payment methods, fake identity information, or activity that could harm Autody, its users, or its service providers.
You are responsible for keeping your password, devices, and account access secure. Autody may freeze or restrict an account when unauthorized access or security risk is suspected.
Autody may charge platform, trading, funding, conversion, withdrawal, spread, or network fees. Any live fee should be shown before the user confirms the related action whenever practical.
Autody may update these terms as the product, custody model, supported assets, fees, and compliance rules change. Users should review the latest version before using live account features. Contact Autody through the support channel shown inside the account area.
